Just in time for Valentine’s Day, PARN - Your Community AIDS Resource Network, is excited to present The Art of Pleasure (for women ages 25 and over).
This event will be facilitated by Tara McKee - 2012’s answer to ‘Sex With Sue’, in her first ever appearance to Peterborough. Tara is a sex educator and psychotherapist with a private practice in downtown Toronto, and workshop facilitator at Good For Her, Toronto’s premier women’s-specific sex store. Tara McKee is good at answering questions; the ones about sex, sexuality, health and everything in between.

Peterborough Seniors Summit

Seniors aged 55+ are invited to attend this exciting event focused on maintaining wellness throughout the lifespan. Inspiring keynote speaker Dr. Elaine Dembe, one of Canada’s outstanding authorities on longevity and author of two best-selling books will discuss “Passionate Longevity: The 10 Secrets to Growing Younger”.

Fibre Arts Festival

Peterborough Handweavers and Spinners Guild assisted by a Community Grant from the City of Peterborough are holding a Fibre Arts Festival On Saturday, April 9, 2011 from 10 AM to 4 PM fibre artists, enthusiasts and vendors from the community will be gathering in the lower level of the Peterborough Public Library, 345 Aylmer Street North, Peterborough, K9H 3V7. This event is open to the public for a nominal admission fee of $2.00 per person.
